Great post! I hadn&#039;t thought of it before, but once you said a conference call is a meeting I immediately agreed. It&#039;s a great way for me to organize my thoughts about such calls. Thanks for the insight.

The one thing I tend to do on calls, especially when I&#039;m the leader, is to stand. It gives me more attention or energy or focus or something.
